The heat pipe series solar collector are always connected with existing heating supply device(s). The selective coating on the inner cover or the evacuated tubes converts solar energy into heat energy and transfers heat to the heat pipes by Aluminum fins. The liquid in the heat pipe changes into vapor.
All the pipeline is made of red copper and conducted by heat transfer medium liquid. with the heat pipe in the vacuum tube, so no water will flow in the vacuum tube. The manifold uses aluminum alloy for exterior, red copper for interior. It can be combined arbitrarily to meet the demand of large water consumption.
Each solar glass vacuum tube consists of two glass tubes. The outer tube is made of extremely strong transparent borosilicate glass which is able to resist impact The inner tube is also made of borosilicate glass tube, but coated with a special selective coating which features excellent solar heat absorption.
