The solar water heater bracket is the frame that carries the whole system — tank, manifold and tubes — and holds it at the right tilt toward the sun. It decides three things your customer will judge the system by: whether the installation survives wind seasons, whether the roof stays undamaged, and whether the collector actually faces the sun at a good angle.

The galvanized steel stands carry the household non-pressure solar water heater — the classic thermosiphon system where tank and tubes sit together on the frame. The aluminium alloy frames carry our pressurised collectors: the heat pipe solar collector for frost-prone regions and the low pressure solar collector for commercial arrays, where many units share one roof and every kilogram matters.

Galvanized steel carries the heavy integrated heaters where raw strength decides; aluminium alloy carries the collectors, where lower weight, corrosion resistance and easy installation matter most. Each product line already ships with the frame type that suits it.
It is the number of ground contact points. Shorter heaters stand on a 2-feet frame (left and right); longer models move to a 3-feet frame (left–middle–right) so the weight spreads over three roof points instead of two.
